Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Sigal Mandelker to be Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Crimes, post-cloture. Unless an agreement can be reached, and if all time is used, the confirmation vote would occur around 6:00pm.

Upon disposition of the Mandelker nomination, there will be a cloture vote on Executive Calendar #97, Marshall Billingslea, of Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing, Department of the Treasury. If cloture is invoked on that nomination, there would be 30 hours of post-cloture debate prior to a vote on confirmation.

As a reminder, cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #97, Marshall Billingslea, of Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing, Department of the Treasury.
2. Executive Calendar #115, Kristine Svinicki, of Virginia, to be Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
