Agreement to vote on Martinotti (NJ district) and Rossiter (NE district) nominations individually

This evening the Senate reached an agreement that at a time to be determined by the Republican Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider individually either of the following nominations:

Executive Calendar #357, Brian R Martinotti, US District Judge for New Jersey;

Executive Calendar #358, Robert F Rossiter, US District Judge for Nebraska;

that there be 30 minutes of debate equally divided followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.
