Cornyn objection to passing Puerto Rico Stability Act

Senator Menendez asked unanimous consent to lay before the Senate the House message on S. 2328, Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act, that the motion to concur with an amendment, which is the text of the Menendez ''Puerto Rico Stability Act of 2016'', be considered made and agreed to, with no intervening action or debate.
