Schedule for Tuesday, June 21, 2016

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 12:30pm with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.2578, Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

As a reminder, today Senator McConnell offered McCain amendment #4787 (lone wolf and national security letters) and filed cloture on the amendment. By consent the filing deadline under Rule 22 for first degree amendments to H.R.2578 is 2:30pm tomorrow and one hour prior to the cloture vote for second degree amendments.
