The Senate has reached an agreement that post-cloture time on the Billingslea nomination expire at 2:00pm today, and the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation. Upon disposition of the Billingslea nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Kristine Svinicki to be Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

If cloture is invoked on the Svinicki nomination, post-cloture debate time will not expire until 5:30pm on Monday, June 26th.
