Coburn amendment withdrawn; to be offered to S.Res.116

By unanimous consent, the pending Coburn amendment #500 was withdrawn.  When the Senate considers S.Res.116, it will be in order for Senator Coburn to offer his amendment regarding duplicative programs to the resolution with up to one hour of debate on the amendment equally divided between Senator Coburn and the Majority Leader, or their designees and the amendment will be subject to a two-thirds vote threshold.
