Agreement to vote on Rossiter (NE judge) and Martinotti (NJ judge) nominations
The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Monday, June 27th, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #358, Robert F Rossiter, to be US District Judge for the district of Nebraska. There be 30 minutes for debate only on the nomination equally divided in the usual form; upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate will vote on the nomination without intervening action or debate.
The Senate also reached an agreement that at a time to be determined on Wednesday, July 6th, the Senate proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #357, Brian Martinotti, to be US District Judge for the district of New Jersey. There will be 30 minutes for debate only on the nomination equally divided in the usual form; upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate vote on the nomination without intervening action or debate.
