Agreement to begin S.1177, Every Child Achieves Act, Tuesday / 5:30pm Tuesday vote on Stoll (circuit judge) / MB tomorrow
The Senate has reached an agreement that following leader remarks on Tuesday, July 7th, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #63, S.1177, the Every Child Achieves Act of 2015.
At 5:30pm on Tuesday, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #81, the nomination of Kara Farnandez Stoll, of Virginia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit.
Following the conclusion of today's business, the Senate will adjourn until 9:50am tomorrow, Thursday, June 23. Following leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
