2nd Degree Filing Deadline 10:30am Wednesday
The filing deadline for all 2nd degree amendments to the committee-reported substitute and S.744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act is 10:30am Wednesday. Germane second degree amendments to the committee-reported substitute amendment and the underlying bill must be filed at the desk prior to the deadline to be considered in order post-cloture.
