McConnell files cloture on motion to concur re: S.2328, PROMESA; filing deadlines
This evening Senator McConnell laid before the body the message to accompany S.2328, PROMESA, moved to concur in the House amendment, and filed cloture on the motion to concur. He then filled the amendment tree.
Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2328 will occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday, June 29.
The filing deadline for 1st degree amendments is 1:00pm tomorrow, Tuesday, June 28. The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments is one hour prior to the cloture vote.
