McConnell files cloture on Neomi Rao (OIRA)
This evening, Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #154, Neomi Rao, of the District of Columbia, to be Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.
Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture motion will ripen one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, June 29th.
