McConnell files cloture on David Nye (Idaho Circuit Judge)

This evening, Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #116, David C. Nye, of Idaho, to be United States District Judge for the District of Idaho.

We expect this cloture vote to occur after next week's recess.
