Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S.2328, PROMESA/Puerto Rico legislation, with the time until the cloture vote equally divided.

At approximately 10:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2328, Puerto Rico legislation. If cloture is invoked, there would then be up to 30 hours of debate followed by a roll call vote on the motion to concur. Additional votes are possible.
