Cloture invoked on the motion to concur re: S.764, with an amendment (GMOs)
By a vote of 65-32, cloture was invoked on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.764, with an amendment (GMOs).
There will now be up to 30 hours of debate prior to a roll call vote on the motion to concur. Senators will be notified if any other votes are scheduled.
As a reminder, upon disposition of the House message, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #524, H.R.5293 - DOD Appropriations.
