There be 2 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form on each nomination. Upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate proceed to vote, without intervening action or debate, on the nominations in the order listed. All roll call votes after the first will be 10 minutes in length. We expect a roll call vote on confirmation of the Castro nomination and voice votes on the Vetter and Adams nominations.
