1 RCV at noon, 2 voice votes (Reed, Warner, and Rounds amendments)
The Senate has resumed consideration of S.1177, Every Child Achieves Act. The Senate then reached an agreement to vote at noon today on the following amendments:
- Reed SA #2085 (school libraries) (roll call vote)
- Warner SA #2086 (fiscal support teams) (voice vote)
- Rounds SA #2078 (tribal study) (voice vote)
The time until noon is equally divided between the two managers or their designees. No second degree amendments are in order to any of the amendments prior to the votes. We expect a roll call vote on the Reed amendment and voice votes on the Warner and Rounds amendments.
