The Alexander amendment was not agreed to by a vote of 45-52. The Murray and Bennet amendments were agreed to by voice votes. There will be no further roll call votes tonight. The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

The managers of the bill hope to vote on additional amendments tomorrow morning.
