McConnell files cloture on CARA conference report

Senator McConnell asked that the Chair lay before the Senate the conference report to accompany S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act, and filed cloture on it.

By the rules, that cloture vote is expected one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday, July 13. If cloture is invoked, there would then be up to 30 hours of debate followed by a roll call vote on adoption of the conference report.
