Cloture filed on S.1177, Every Child Achieves Act, and substitute

This evening Senator McConnell filed cloture on Alexander-Murray amendment #2089 (substitute) and S.1177, Every Child Achieves Act. The filing deadline for first degree amendments to the substitute and the underlying bill is 2:30pm tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14. Amendments must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture.
