Morning business has been extended until 4:30pm. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S.1177, the Every Child Achieves Act.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote in relation to Hatch-Markey amendment #2080 (student privacy policy) and Kaine amendment #2118 (post-secondary remediation). We expect a roll call vote on Hatch and a voice vote on Kaine.
