Approx. 6:15pm vote on adoption of CARA conference report

If all time is used, at approximately 6:15pm tonight, the Senate will vote on adoption of the conference report to accompany S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act. It is in order for Senators Capito and Baldwin to split 15 minutes, Senator Carper to speak for up to 10 minutes, and Senator Markey to speak for up to 10 minutes. Upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate will vote on adoption of the conference report.
