FAA vote at 1:45pm
Cloture was invoked on the CARA conference report by a vote of 90-2.
The Senate is now considering the motion to concur in the House amendments to the Senate amendments to H.R.636, FAA. The time until 1:45pm is equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. The vote on the motion to concur will occur at 1:45pm today.
Upon disposition of FAA, the Senate will resume consideration of the CARA conference report. There will be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate prior to a vote on adoption of the conference report. That vote could occur as early as tonight. Another message will be sent when that vote is expected.
