Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Conference Report to accompany S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act, with the time until 11:00am equally divided.
At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the conference report to accompany S.524 (CARA).
Following the cloture vote, the Chair will lay before the Senate the message to accompany H.R.636, the FAA bill. Senator McConnell, or his designee, will be recognized to make a motion to concur, and the time until 1:45pm will be equally divided between the Leaders or their designees.
Following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on the motion to concur. Further, all time allocated for consideration of H.R.636 will count post-cloture on S.524, if cloture is invoked.
