The Senate reached an agreement to vote at 10:45am on Tuesday, July 22, on cloture on the Birotte, Rosenberg, and deGravelles nominations and, if cloture is invoked, at 2:15pm on confirmation of those nominations. There will be two minutes for debate prior to each vote. All votes after the first in each series will be 10 minute votes.
