Cloture filed on Bush and Bernhardt nominations
Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #170, John Kenneth Bush, of Kentucky, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit and on Executive Calendar #100, David Bernhardt, of Virginia, to be Deputy Secretary of the Interior.
The cloture motions will ripen upon disposition of the Shanahan nomination, expected Wednesday, in the order filed.
