Post-cloture on Bush nomination (Sixth Circuit)

By a vote of 51-48, cloture was invoked on the Bush nomination. There will now be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate, with all time during morning business, recess, adjournment and leader remarks counting post-cloture on the nomination.

The Senate will recess from 1:45-4pm today.
