Cloture motion withdrawn--5:30pm vote on confirmation of Shipp nomination

Cloture on the Shipp nomination has been vitiated. At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #663, the nomination of Michael A. Shipp, of NJ, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
