Roll Call Vote on Schumer Motion to Commit

8:33pm The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on Schumer motion to commit with changes that (1) are within the jursidiciton of such committee and (2) strike the subsequent effective date in the repeal of the tax on employee health insurance premiums and health plan benefits, which reinstates the tax in later years.
