By a vote of 96-1, cloture was invoked on the motion to proceed to
H.R.2430, FDA Reauthorization. Under the previous order, there will now be up to 15 minutes for debate prior to a vote on confirmation of the Brouillette nomination (around 12:05pm if all time is used). Following the vote, there will be up to 10 minutes for prior to a vote on passage of the FDA bill. Under the agreement, no amendments are in order to the FDA bill.
