- Morning Business until 4:30pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
- At 4:30pm, resume consideration of S.1023, Travel Promotion Act, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees.
- At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Dorgan amendment #1347 to S.1023, Travel Promotion Act. If cloture is invoked, the time will run as if cloture was invoked at 10:30am on Tuesday, September 8.
- There will be no more roll call votes today.
