Roll Call Vote on cloture on MTP to S.J.Res.19, Constitutional amendment on campaign finance

6:31pm The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.19, a joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections.

This will be the last vote of the day.
