The Senate reached the following agreement:
At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #109, Pamela Hughes Patenaude, to be Deputy Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; that there be 40 minutes of debate followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
The Senate confirmed by voice vote Executive Calendar #293, Douglas Domenech, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior.
