Cloture invoked on S.2848, WRDA, as amended
By a vote of 94-3, the Senate invoked cloture on S.2848, WRDA, as amended.
There will now be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate. By consent, the post-cloture debate time will count as if cloture was invoked at 1:00am, Wednesday, September 14th. Senators will be notified when the next vote is scheduled.
