Cornyn objects a vote on passage of the Bank on Students Emergency Loan Refinancing Act
Senate Warren asked unanimous consent the Senate take up and vote on passage of Calendar #409, S.2432, the Bank on Students Emergency Loan Refinancing Act.
Senator Cornyn asked that the request be modified to allow an unlimited number of amendments offered in an alternating fashion starting with an amendment offered by Senator McConnell. Senator Warren objected to the modification. Senator Cornyn objected to the original request.
