- Senator Reid moved to proceed to S.3297, Advancing America's Priorities, and filed cloture on the motion to proceed. Senator Reid withdrew the motion and moved to proceed to H.R.6049, Energy Tax Extenders and filed cloture on the motion to proceed.
- The Senate stands in recess until 10:00am tomorrow, Thursday, September 18.
