Boozman/Booker/Coburn requests and objections re: National Desert Storm and Desert Shield War Memorial Act and American Battlefield Protection Program Amendments Act

Senator Booker objected and asked unanimous consent the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar #398, H.R.1033, American Battlefield Protection Program Amendments Act, and Calendar #403, H.R.503, Desert Storm Memorial, en bloc; that the committee-reported amendment to H.R.1033, be agreed to; that the bills, as amended, if amended, be read a third time and passed, en bloc.

Coburn asked that the Booker request be modified and that a Coburn substitute amendment be in order to H.R.1033, American Battlefield Protection Program Amendments Act.

Senator Booker objected to the modification. Senator Coburn objected to the Booker request.
