Cloture filed on MTP To HR 36, Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

This evening, Senator McConnell moved to proceed to H.R.36, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and filed cloture on the motion. Unless an agreement can be reached, the cloture vote would occur 1 hour after the Senate convenes on Tuesday, September 22.
