Lenhardt nomination agreement--3 votes around 5:30pm--or a little earler

Upon the use or yielding back of time, we expect 3 roll call votes related to the Continuing Resolution. Some time may be yielded back and we could begin voting earlier than 5:30pm. We do not expect the Republicans to raise a budget point of order.

There will then be a series of voice votes to confirm the previously ordered nomination plus the nomination of Alfolso Lenhardt, to be Deputy Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development.

  1. Sessions, or his designee, motion to table a Reid amendment to the joint resolution (his argument will be to make it in order to offer a DACA related amendment)
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on H.J.Res.124, Continuing Resolution through December 12, 2014
