Cloture vote on Emanuel nomination at 4:00pm

Notwithstanding Rule 22, the cloture vote on Executive Calendar #176, the nomination of William Emanuel, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board, will occur at approximately 4:00pm today. If cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation will occur on Monday, September 25. There are 2 minutes for debate equally divided between the managers or their designees before the vote.
