On Monday, following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #176, William Emanuel, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided. At 5:30pm, all post-cloture time will be expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
