By consent, the cloture petition on the motion to proceed to H.R.5325, the legislative vehicle for the short-term CR, will ripen today at 5:15pm (previously scheduled for 2:15pm).
Also by consent, at 11:15am tomorrow, Wednesday, September 20th, Senator Paul or his designee will be recognized to offer a motion to discharge S.J.Res.39; there will be 3 hours of debate equally divided between the proponents and opponents, with Senator Paul controlling 30 minutes of proponent time and Senator Murphy controlling 15 minutes of proponent time; following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote in relation to the motion to discharge.
