Cloture failed on CR/Planned Parenthood; new CR amendment offered (through Dec. 11, 2015)
Cloture on McConnell amendment #2669 (Dec 11 CR/Defund Planned Parenthood) to H.J.Res.61 was not invoked by a vote of 47-52.
The pending amendments were tabled and Senator McConnell offered a CR through December 11, 2015 (amendment #2680) and re-filled the amendment tree with date change amendments.
The next vote is expected to occur at 5:30pm Monday.
The time until 6:00pm is equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees.
