Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #165, S.1519, the Senate version of the National Defense Authorization Act. We expect that will be the pending business on the floor until further notice while Republicans figure out their next steps. No amendments or votes in relation to the bill are expected at this time.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
