The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, September 28, 2017.
Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #312, Ralph R. Erickson, of North Dakota, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit, with the time until the cloture vote equally divided.
At 10:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Erickson nomination.
As a reminder, cloture has also been filed on Executive Calendar #251, Ajit Varadaraj Pai, of Kansas, to be a member of the Federal Communications Commission. That cloture motion will ripen upon disposition of the Erickson nomination.
