Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #251, Ajit Varadaraj Pai, of Kansas, to be a member of the Federal Communications Commission, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided.

At 5:30pm, all post-cloture time will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pai nomination.
