No. 895; Expressing the sense of the Senate instructing the conferees on H.R. 2788 to include language as follows: None of the funds authorized to be appropriated pursuant to this Act may be used to promote, disseminate, or produce obscene materials, including but not limited to obscene depiction of sadomasochism, homo-eroticism, the sexual exploitation of children, or individuals engaged in sexual intercourse.
