Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

This evening, the Senate reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 15, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R.4511, Gold Star Families Voices Act, that there be 30 minutes of debate followed by a vote on passage of the bill.
