Morning Business until 6:00pm

The Senate is in a period of morning business for debate only until 6:00pm, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, and with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; and the Majority Leader recognized at 6:00pm.
