Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #301, Randal Quarles, of Colorado, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, with the time until 10:00am equally divided.

As a reminder, Senator McConnell has filed cloture on the following nominations:

  1. Executive Calendar #119, Lee Francis Cissna, of Maryland, to be Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
  2. Executive Calendar #301, Randal Quarles, of Colorado, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
  3. Executive Calendar #226, Callista L. Gingrich, of Virginia, to be Ambassador to the Holy See.
