2 roll call votes expected at 2:00pm
We anticipate Senator Reid will raise a point of order that the NDAA conference report violates section 3101 of S. Con. Res. 11, the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2016, and that a Republican senator will make a motion to waive the point of order.
As a result, we expect 2 roll call votes to occur at approximately 2:00pm.

- Adoption of the conference report to accompany H.R.1735, National Defense Authorization Act (majority vote threshold)
